Funding provided by UBC’s Faculty of Medicine has supported the creation of an online repository of patient-oriented research (POR) projects for use as a matchmaking tool to connect interested UBC students with POR projects affiliated with the institution. This resource is intended to facilitate a two-way submission process:

• PI’s are encouraged to submit POR project descriptions that students can directly apply to
• If submitted projects do not align with a student’s research interests, students are encouraged to upload a brief bio outlining their research interests, contact info, and a copy of their CV. This information will then be used to alert/match students to new postings that may be of interest
